That is a little like asking, "How much is a car per wheel?” Let us find out what size, type and quality home you desire then we will quote you a final turnkey price. Then you can break it down any way you see fit. This can be done quickly and at no cost or obligation to you.
Should we buy in a development?
At Bradford Building Corporation you can choose from scores of lots in our inventory or we will assist you in locating one off-site. We will also build on your lot.
What are the most important choices we need to consider when finding our lot?
We have many beautiful prime lots available for you to consider. If you would like our opinion on off-site properties we will visit the property with you and give you our honest opinion regarding cleaning, fill costs, drainage issues, site utilities available, etc. Of course this would be at no cost or obligation to you.
