Bradford Building Corp, Wade and Cam Bradford, helped us to get the beautiful home of our dreams. In our opinion, Bradford Building Corporation is the best in its industry. We selected our House Plan and they quickly worked with us to seamlessly adjust the plans to the home that we wanted. When our large bank became unfair regarding the equity in our lot, Wade Bradford introduced us to Bradford Mortgage, who had greater knowledge of the Florida Market and quickly funded the loan.
Prior to meeting Wade and Cam, we had interviewed, visited the homes and subdivisions of some of the better-known luxury homebuilders and companies in the Central Florida area. None of those companies offered the quality of construction, fairness of price, or the personal integrity as that of Wade and Cam Bradford.
Two of the things that really impressed us about Bradford Building Company were that we dealt with the owners of the company, all local, not located in another city or state as with many of the other building companies and the professionalism and helpfulness of their staff. In building a home, a homeowner has so many questions and unknowns and is very dependent upon the construction talents and integrity of one’s contractor. With the Bradford’s, integrity and fairness is the core of their business, followed by experience and quality of construction.
