I researched over 30  home builder in Central Florida to find someone who would do the job i wanted done (other kept telling me I didn't want it that way, or they wouldn't even listen to me or hear me out).  We heard a lot of horror stories about building our own home, but you removed all the fears from our minds by the superb job you did for us!  You made it a lot of fun and very rewarding by saving us money too!

Communication - You are an excellent listener always taking the time to hear our complete questions before answering and never allowing a question to go unanswered.  Also, you answered in a manner we could understand!  We never felt belittled or embarrassed to ask any questions.  You seemed to encourage our questions and support our ideas.

 

Cost Estimates - During the entire building process you were competent at always ginving us the exact cost on any item or changes we requested.  You never hesitated to give us an accurate price immediately and guide us in the right direction.

 

Suggestions and Ideas - You were fabulous at always taking my architectural designs and adding them into the plans we had already drawn up at no extra cost.  Not to mention the ideas you came with for us to save on our budget!

 

Responsiveness - You are always accessible, courteous and thoughtful to our needs.

State of the art technology - Your expertise at using your computer aided design software to create a persons dream home right before their eyes!
