The Builder's Story
|
As CEO of Bradford Building Corporation, Wade Bradford enjoys helping people turn
their dreams into plans and their plans into reality. Wade has over 30 years of
extensive experience in both building and real estate development. He is a 1971
graduate of the University of Florida, a state certified residential contractor
and a registered real estate broker. To date, he had developed nine communities
in Central Florida including Deer Island, Courtlea Oaks, Crown Point Woods and Crown
Point Springs. The Home Builders Association of Mid-Florida’s Parade of Homes has
recognized some of his home designs. Because of his team management approach to
the construction of quality custom homes, Bradford Building Corporation is able
to offer integrated management of the building process, from design to construction
to warranty.
Wade's son, Cam Bradford, began his construction career with the company at the
age of 15. He is also a University of Florida alumni (1996) with a degree in building
construction. He also holds both residential and commercial building licenses. His
strict supervision of detail, quality control and cost management is one of the
reasons why Bradford Building Corporation enjoys its reputation as one of Central
Florida's finest custom builders. Cam is always researching new ways to do things
better. His goal is for each home to be better than the last and each customer to
be totally satisfied with the entire building process by Bradford Building Corporation.
